Orders paid via Tabby are eligible for exchange only, not returns.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless there is a clear defect or error in the order, or the item is significantly different from what was ordered.
Return or Exchange Process:
Customers must contact Customer Support through WhatsApp, providing the order number and reason for the return or exchange.
Requests will be evaluated, and customers will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Stage:
Orders that are already in the shipping stage cannot be canceled.
GCC Countries:
For customers in GCC countries, returns and exchanges are not available.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
Returns or exchanges due to defects or incorrect orders will be handled promptly. Please reach out to us for resolution.
